Paperless Staging allows managers to auto-assign staging of orders to forklift operators. The operators are notified of new assignments immediately on their Zebra mobile device, where they can view the details with a single tap. Managers have the ultimate flexibility and automation: the system prioritizes orders in auto-assign mode, with the added capability of manually assigning specific staging orders to specific individuals at any time. Because orders are served electronically, the forklift operator is assured they are always working from the most recent update.
Paperless Staging allows customers to optimize order processing by streamlining communications and removing the need to hand off printed paper sales orders physically. The MyProduce platform informs forklift drivers of new work on their Zebra mobile devices and the location and quantities of products required for each order. It then validates that the product matches the order before it can be moved to the staging area and updates the new location as it is staged. Most users report significant improvements in order processing speed.
